When you are experiencing an acute illness or injury, or are unable to get an appointment with your personal physician, Prompt Care offers medical expertise on a walk-in basis. We provide quality, immediate care services to our community in a timely, cost-effective, and compassionate way.

Prompt care is treatment for a condition that requires immediate attention, but does not pose a serious health threat. Ear infections, sore throats, fevers and sprains are examples of conditions that Prompt Care staff can treat.

If you have a true emergency, such as acute chest pain, severe shortness of breath, stroke, major injuries, etc. — call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room.
